We are looking for experienced coders to create us a portal to which our clients can manage their marketing campaigns with us.
Basically, its a addon to my site where users can purcahse advertising credits, and then creat their add (text and URLs only- no images).
They can geo-target their campaigns, and stuff like that.
I should have an admin panel to manage prices and products, and also can manage users.
