Ajax Reg And Login Form 15.04.08

This is a simple job, I need a registration form being made in ajax (so no refreshing when things are not enetered correct for example )
the registration form also has an option to upload things. I will provide the needed fields.
CAPTCHA protection should be on it and also after registration an email should be sent to the user so it is confirmed.
after the email is confirmed the user should have the ability to login and then adjust his settings.
and working with a translation file is also needed, since the form needs to be translated to other languages too, but I will do this myself.
also some settings should be adjustable through backend for admin.
This should be a qucik job for the ajax expert
