Require a complete “rental ad site” for 38 Canadian Cities. Apartments, Condo, Townhouses, Homes, Rooms, Vacation plus… 16 types of rentals in total for each City.
Basic Requirements:
1)Users must be able to post free and fee based up graded ads (feature, bold). 3 pictures / 200 words per ad.
2)Have build in bulk up loading of ads for extra cost.
3)Search Engine Friendly IP’s i.e. toronto.apartment.sitename.com
4)Have API (application programming interface)feed for each city and rental type from oodle.com (38 cities - 16 different type of rental for each)
5)Google ads on every page (top bottom side)
6)Clean, Fresh and Fast loading design (under 6 seconds).
7)Easy sign ups with Authentication code.(block computer spam ads)
8)Auto meta, title and description tags for each ad page.
9)Google map for each ad where/when possible.
10)Welcome page with search for different Cities and type of rental - contact system, terms of use page, a link page.
11)Payment system for ad posting (paypal only)
12)API Feed updates every 24 hours
13)Contact seller with Authentication code.
14)4 complains and ad is automatically removed
15)Admin area to add cities and/or rental types, delete ads, change pricing, page layouts.
Extra:
Review listedlocal.com and respond on which functions are possible and pricing for each beyond basic functions noted above.
