Hello Programmers
I am seeking a reliable, fast and experienced web programmer to help me on a Design Archival website project.
I am seeking the services of a competent programmer, who is fast, efficient and more than capable.
Users should be able to upload images, save changes and preferences to a database.
Visitors
Can browse through the archives with mouse over, enlargement, and viewing page

Description
3 x 12 squares, where a row will contain 12 squares and a column will contain 3 squares Hence the grid is 12 squares long by 3 squares high. The grid is continuous and allows users the option of selecting a vacant whole grid page depending on the location of the last image. The pages of the grid scroll from left to right. Users have the option of selecting all the squares on a grid (36 Squares) and can upload image
Once the grid is filled, then a next and previous buttons will appear so that a new grid is loaded by the viewer. And hence more squares will be sold. Again this is described in the power point presentation attached. Please view attachment for details.
Users
Register
Users will have to register so that their username and preferences which can be saved to a database, users are able to add and remove content.
Login
Each time users comer to the site they can log in and pick up preferences from the database.
Square selection
A user has the option of selecting and choosing 1 or multiple squares depending on availability within each grid page. Please view Attachment, on multiple square selection.
Image upload
Once the user buys the square then they will be able to load a picture of any size that is then resized to fit in the square. Users are able to save preferences. And use the interface so that it enables visitors to customise their settings and save them to the database.
The administrator can change the advertisement and change the photo loaded if needed.
Payment
Payment is collected via PayPal. Once the square/s is bought then the user can fill in a description and contact details for the advertisement with a web link.
If a Visitor clicks on the advertisement then it takes him to another page with a larger image of the advertisement and the description provided by the advertisement owner.
