We need a B2B site, with NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, in these main divisions:
1. B2B Marketplace (including every tool/feature on alibabaDOTcom)
2. Projects Quotes related to International Trade (similar to every tool/feature on scriptlanceDOTcom, but for different sort of jobs)
3. B2B Auctions
4. Buyer’s Co-operative (several buyers sharing large minimum order quantities) incl inventory and funds tracking tools
5. Escrow facility serving the above 4 divisions (incl backend funds management tools)
6. Forums (set up in 20 multi-languages, we provide the translated visual text)
The site obviously requires strong CMS functions and includes (but is certainly not limited to):
1. All backend tools, databases, member communication facilities and turbo lister tools as are obviously necessary with sites such as alibabaDOTcom and scriptlanceDOTcom and allactiontradeDOTcom
2. Multi language and multi currency compatible (Admin can add or remove languages)
3. Multi payment method like Paypal, Moneybrookers, 2Checkout, Pay via Invoice, credit cards (Admin can add or remove payment methods)
4. Site statistics
5. Search and advanced search
6. The site must include sophisticated security measures against spamming and hacking, particularly SQL injections.
7. Banner and other advertising management
8. Administrator may add custom fields to the member registration Form
9. Creating thumbnails via imagemagick or/and GD
10. Administrator may add custom sites
11. Multi template compatible (where we may change the design via html and/or tpl)
12. System will send newsletter automatically with new products or companies, if the customer choses this option. Customer may choose to receive category type, products and companies
13. Forums include advertising facility, both banner and vertical Adsense type
14. Several Memberships (upgrading and downgrading)
15. Fast, Search Engine Optimised and SEO Friendly
16. Negotiation with the Programmer for future site maintenance and upgrades.
CONDITIONS INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
1. All copyright/IP will be owned by us. Programmer agrees to not deal in the IP with others or include the job in future job portfolio credits.
2. Job progress payments will be paid into/released from Escrow, with 30% final payment upon satisfactory testing of finished job. Site testing will include uploads of actual end user sample material.
3. The finished job will be of SUPERIOR visual and technical quality in which respect the Programmer should allow for a high degree of amendments to submitted work as the job progresses.
3. The Programmer will demonstrate a sound track record of requisite skills/resources before this contract is let.
