Banner Script Modifications  26.01.08

I have a banner script that needs some modifications.
1. Banner script needs to be secure
2. I need a couple more fields in the profile when a person signs up.
3. There are currently two types of banners – text & image. However, I need another option and that is for html. So that if I want to add google or flash banners it will work also.
4. Lastly, I need this banner script to work with vbulletin and its database.
