Build Fast Admin Web Form 11.03.08
I would like a web form built like https://mortgage.nextag.com/ where there is a 3 steps process on signing up and it tells you which process you are currently at.. Notice the form changes for each criteria you choose. I would like it to have an admin to collect client data and also email me on signup with their information.. I need the form code to be easy to add inside any box or webpage and fast loading using ajax or something… if you have examples of how you will do the form, that may be the deciding factor that I will choose you on…
