Calendar To Bookacatereronline 28.07.08
I AM NOT POSITIVE THAT THESE ARE THE PROGRAMMING OPTIONS I WILL REALLY NEED:
I need to have a calendar on the front page of the website I am about to build.
I need for someone to click on a day of the month **I need the calendar to change every month, and for the current day to be highlighted**
When they click on the day, they will see what hours of that day are taken (I will provide business hours when I hire someone) and they can choose to *book that day*
There will be a button on each day of the calendar when you click on a day, and under the month calander where you can click Book With Shida’s Hookah Catering Co.
After they click on that button (on either the home page, or on the day page they choose *for whatever month and day they choose* they will be able to choose what day/month and times they want to book Shida’s Hookah Catering Co. for.
Once they decide they want to book a day/month and time, they will have to put in a deposit. So, I need for it to redirect to the paypal page I provide when the site has been started.
When a time has been booked on a certain day, it will show that (example: 4:00pm until 7:00pm is Not Available.)
If the full business day is not available, it will not be clickable.
And once the times of (as in the example) 4 through 7 have been booked, they will no longer be available to book….
–VERY IMPORTANT–
I also need to be able to manually add in times/days/and months that have been booked over the phone.
When booking on that page, after booking a month/day and time, the person needs to give they’re name, number, address, and whatever other information I have to be added. (I will know when I hire someone), and it will then go on the same page that will be added to the booking.
But, the calendar will just say NOT AVAILABLE, and the other information will be sent to an email (the name, booking day, all of the above)
I need it took look like a real calendar, and for someone to be able to -flip through- the months and years.
But, each month the calendar will go to the new month.
People cannot book days that have already passed, and or are Not Available.
I also need it to be in the colors of the website (which will be provided after I hire a programmer.)
