I would like you to look very closely at the site listed and ensure you are able to provide a similar look and functionality.

Enable creation of a mini page site for each business, a login and password is generated so the business can maintain their own mini-site. Mini-site includes a wysiwig editor so business owner doesn’t need to know html. The owner/administrator of the portal can add additional features to a specific biz site like a restaurant menu, video (locally hosted and youtube, audio, or opt-in form by adding module/plug-in code to the specific account. Business page layout should be modular so when additional modules are added the mini-site still looks good.
I intend on building multiple sites and/or selling the template so it must be configurable as far as location through a config page - web or txt is fine, as well as the ability to easily swap header image and also change color via css.
The finished product must not infringe on the copyright of the Wadsworth site, it’s given only to show functionality.
