14. System should be safe against SQL injection, Cross Server Scripting, etc..
15. Should provide Basic user security and management access. System Admin, Content Manager, End User

I will provide a live website for development. It’s a shared account from hostgator, so no shell access. but I don’t see you needing it for this. If you do need more access, contact me and tell me why. I can most likely arrange more access on another server.

Must include all source code (non-obfuscated) unless otherwise agreed to.
Must include documentation on the use of the software. This includes a basic readme file (or email with how to use the system). And should include function documentation. Function documentation required for all code you write if you customize an existing CMS.

Must include ongoing support for the software. This of course would be paid support unless it’s a security issue. Further upgrades to the system are expected. Write the code to where it is modular in design so that a new feature would not require a complete rewrite.

It should be complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer’s environment–Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer’s environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered “work made for hire” under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder’s Seller Legal Agreement). AKA you cannot resell this!

Payments should be made though Scriptlance. I pay quickly. And I give bonuses for quality work and meeting the deadline. I will be strict on your deadline. I will extend for change orders as necessary. Extra features may grant you a bonus if I see they will help the system be a better system.

You set the deadline. If you fail to meet it, I will deduct a penalty of 10% and an additional 10% each 30 days past the due date. 10% based on total amount b project for the project. So, give your self ample time to complete the project when making your bid.

If you do not like the terms of this then do not bid.
