Complete Rebuild + Db Transfer 21.09.08
This is not a very complicated project. It will be done for my friends and my site. We would like to take our original source code and use a new one instead, along with that, we will need the database from the original transfered over. We will need it installed and working perfectly.

- http://nrpg.16.forumer.com = Around 50 Cheater Clients in total that need banning, could use client detection in their announce, could use an accounting method to make sure all are stats add up (ive heard of systems banning a cheater 3 weeks after they cheated, possibly using the snatchlist.) Cheater Detection will be the hardest to do, but it MUST be completed. The tracker is in C/C++ so the detection needs to be written in that, and then we will need a webpage on site to see who was caught for cheating and a function to disable their account and server ban their ip address.
