Dating Site Re-design 07.03.08

Am looking for someone to help re-design my dating site :

I bought a pre-written script from http://www.datingpro.com, and am looking to have a template from http://www.templatemonster.com/ integrated into my site. Datingpro designers are useless and untimely, and so i’ve decided to outsource my customization needs. Ideally, i would like for whoever to undertake this project to be a go-to person for any future changes, which would require becoming familiar with the script and all the coding to some extent. It is a long-term assignment, as i will have changes that will be need to be made on a regular basis that will require relatively quick turn-around time.
