Develop A Ticket Helpdesk  29.12.08

Hi,
I need a ticket helpdesk. The helpdesk will allow people to send in a ticket to different departments. As I have many websites, I want to use this helpdesk for all my websites so it must be able to identify which website it is from and uses that website domain to reply. I only want one admin or staff interface to reply for all these websites.

So the helpdesk should allow me to create different domains, different departments, different staff.

One thing very important is that people can reply to ticket and it will be lodged in the ticket system without having them to login to reply to that ticket.

It should also comes with the common features of a ticket helpdesk too.

Please only bid if you have already developed one and just need to modify your already done helpdesk.
