Domain Redirection To Another 05.07.08

I’m looking for a search engline friendly domain forwarding script to my domain parking company.
I own some domain names and parking them at domainsponsor.com or trafficz.com and etc.
But I don’t want to use their name servers.
I own my name servers and I want to host and forward them to domain parking code.
For example)
Abc.com =-> http://searchportal.information.com/?o_id=47585&domainname=abc.com
I’ll use meta tags(keywords, description and etc)
There are many url forwarding methods(java script, meta refresh, 301 direct with php, asp, apache rewrite and etc.)
But I want to solve this at php file or html file.
I tried to find search engine friendly forwarding methods.
But There are no methods for me.
There are any search engine friendly methods ?
and I want to add google trends keywords to index.php automatically houry.
be sure that I have own over 100 domain names.
I have to control them with index pages.
and let me know how you will do and explain that.
