I am looking for people who are skilled, at designing well layed out pages using PHP and Css, and Mysql as the backend. This is a startup business with very limited funds. The type of business that will be operating is a Computer Repair. Because of the nature of the business this has to be a very professional looking site. Looking for suggestions.
