Email Server  06.10.08

Need an email server set up that allows at least 10,000 outgoing emails per day or better… no limit. Our port 25 is blocked. Must be able to overcome the block. Also must work with most bulk email software. Woudl prefer a solution that would allow us to operate our own server but, am open to off site solutions. Am not interested in the obvious solutions that require a $200 to $500 a month server cost for email hosting.
