Emoearth Improvements 27.01.08

I’ve decided to change the direction on how the site needs to be upgraded.
The site uses Smarty templates.
This is what I’d like:
A rating system, so a user can go to a profile, select a rating from 1-10, and for it to affect the users total rating which is also displayed. This should be limited to one rating from any one user.

I’d like the rating system displayed in a box similar to the ‘Status’ section. And just below it.
