Entertainment Website Script 03.04.08
I need to make up an unique website.
It will be enterainment website with pictures/videos/games with some unique addons for it!

and also in this same way videos! Also there will be needed a game section. There is needed a complete admin panel where I can add/edit content , commenting system after any media like it’s here: http://www.spoki.lv/2008/04/03/killbear-2.html also comments would be needed to display like that! Than there is also needed in admin panel advertisement menagement system. And registration/login system for every user. This is the first part of it! The second part will be a referral/earning system for users, Every user will have a chance to earn by refering another members/ sending visitors to this website, there will be paid $0.1 for every registered user which will register under referral link like www.website.com?ref=323 , or there would be needed actually something what would create for every user a subdomain like user.website.com , for example if someones register with username billjohn , than his referral link wil be billjohn.website.com and if someones visit his link he will get paid it will be $5 for 1000unique visitors, since this website won’t be in english and I’m targeting only Latvian visitors to this website than script must recorgnise if he comes from Latvia than he gets paid , if someones visit his referral link and registers at system he will get $0.1 for that!
Also there must have option that users also can submit their own media and even for that they will be paid if content is accepted by me! As well there will be needed a payout request system, once user reach $10 he can request a payout - a box where he needs to enter his details and after he hits the submit button money from his account will be deduced and in admin panel there will be a new request for payout! This is only main what will be needed, as well there will be needed something more that’s for sure! Looking for someone who can do this job in short time period!
