I need a facebook application.
BASIC GUIDELINES
The application will enable other users to build a “simple quiz” application.

The above example will allow users to create different types of applications. My application will will only allow the creation of a quiz application.
DETAILED GUIDELINES
A facebook application is designed to entertain people whilst capturing their data, eg; email address, name, location, interests, and more.
Ok, so all this data (and more) will be captured from the quiz into 2 databases. database 1, which will be my database, and database 2 which will belong to the creater of the quiz.
Facebook applications are viral, meaning that at the end of the quiz, the user has the option to send the application to their friends.

PAYMENT
prefer payment via escrow (released on completion) but can arrange alternative payment method.
