Hello, we require a program to retrieve facebook members friends email addresses from their accounts. So members can then download there friends list onto my site and invite them to join them at my site.
For example, my site uses an invite a friend scripts whereby they enter there yahoo,hotmail,gmail username and password, after entering details it then lists the persons address book with all there friends emails. We then mail there friends with an invite to join our site..
So we would like the same function from facebook, each facebook member has a friends list and each of there friends has an email address. The problem with facebook is they use an image to display the email address of a members friends as apposed to text therefore a custom OCR script is required to retrieve the email addresses.
This is not some facebook ”hack” that i am requesting. Many sites use this address book importer function as a way to invite there friends to join them at there current site eg myspace, (facebook themselves check other esp such as hotmail,yahoo) so we would like similar for facebook.com
This is completely legitimate and possible another social network site www.wayn.com has made this in the last few weeks, and i would like the same ASAP.
