Fake Hits And Clicks Generator 02.07.08

I need a program / website that I can use to send traffic hits for a given URL LINK or website and have these HITS appear in the webstats as hits, and in using a proxy list of IP addresses make these hits appear unique I want to be able to run through proxy servers, and insert a huge list of proxy ips. THUS creating unique website visitors to the websites cpanel that I put in, ie.) if I put in google.com then if I go to google.com/cpanel and click webstats I would see 20 000 hits that day from 10,000 unique ips , that is what I need and want. I want the program to run fast and deliver huge amounts daily. (over a million as with website program I stated).
I want the programm be able to simulate clic on the websites i choose.
Example : on the website A, there are links to the websites B, C and D. the script must send hits on A and clicks on B,C and/or D too. Then the website B guess it receive visitors from A.
You must do it pretty quickly please
