Fake Hits Generator Needed 18.02.08

I need someone to build me a Fake Hit Generator.
I have a link dump site which passes on links to other sites.

which links to http://www.theotherpartylinkdumpsite.com/this-is-their-video
I want the Fake Hit generator to be able to generate hits with me as the referrer
using Multiple proxies
random browsers
and whatever else that is needed in order to go undetected.
