Fck Editor  30.08.08

i need the following set up.

1. form in /admin/index.php with fck editor
2. fck editor to use file in /pages/index.html to be what is edited
3. to save the form info tot he /pages/index.html in the admin when it is submitted
4. the fck editor to be able to use the image upload feature in it.

please ask questions before you bid if your not sure what i am needing.
