Ffmpeg Installation Quick Help 31.07.08
I am trying to make my new server ready for ffmpeg. So far I have installed all the required modules. here is the detail.

/usr/bin/lame
host [~/download/flvtool2-1.0.6]# which xvid
/usr/bin/xvid
host [~/download/flvtool2-1.0.6]# which flv2tool
/usr/bin/flv2tool
I got path found in the clipshare but with a couple of error for missing xvid support. You can see here.

Now when i go upload a video to my site, it uploads fine. enters the video details in mysql, create thumbs and put the video online. The encode commands doesn’t get executed. No video conversion is done, no file in the flvideo folder.
When I run convert.php on console it should show source code instead of (Seek Failed) error and that is reason why my videos are not converting.I’m using php 5.2.5
