Finish Php Form Processing 07.10.08
I had two previous programmers work on this project. Each completed a portion of the project and then stopped. The website is www.areilhome.com. The project is for the http://areilhome.com/contactinfo.php link.
It mostly works, and just needs several smaller aspects completed for it tobe 100% complete.
The Desired process is 4 forms (named Step 1 step 2 step3 and step 4) are completed by a web site visitor. Step 5 is the payment gateway. Once payment is completed, the following 4 things occur.
1) the form data from steps 1 through steps 4 are emailed to sales at areilhome.com
2) Payment gateway sends payment confimation to the site visitor
3) Thank you email sent to the site vistor.
4) Payment Confirmation page dispalyed to the site visitor
The general process works start to finish. The forms are complete, the payment gateway is complete (is in test mode) and 2 of the 3 emails are sent.
What needs to be completed.
1) System “thank you” email to the “site visitor” needs to be generated once payment is completed. Please see the attached document “Customer Email.”
2) Impliment the SSL Cert on the Payment gateway page. The cert is installed, but needs to be implimented.
3)Several Small errors. Please see attached Error_Items.pdf
A)When “back” is clicked previous page information does not
appear on all form pages.
B) Uploaded photos (Step 3)are not attached to the
“FORM DATA” email sent to sales at areilhome.com.
i) The photos should be attached to the email as a zip
file
ii) A folder should be created called “Uploaded
Photos” where all uploaded photos are stored as a
back up
iii) the photos should be named by the street address
city and state followed by 1 of X.
EXAMPLE 26_Maple_Street_Albany_NY 1 of 1.
C) Step 5 Payment - the credit card number has 4 boxes. when
4 numbers are added to a box, the cursor whould auto tab
to the next box.
D) Update the content of Steo 6 “Payment Confiramtion” page
4) Email with form data needs updating. See attached “email to AREIl.doc)
A)The current email processing works, but the data sent is
not complete and it is displayed horribly
i) It may be easier to just rewrite the data that is
to be sent
5) Once 1 trough 4 are completed and approved by me, you need to switch the payment gateway into active mode.
I have looked at the root directly and have narrowed the folders and files down that are for the current process.
NOTE: you are not to use a database to store any information, data or photos.
NOTE: You are not to store and form datat on the server (except for the photos)
I will provide you with
1) Server access (IP, user name, password)
2) payment gateway documents (if needed)
3) sales at areilhome.com email account access
4) Anything else you need to complete this project.
Thsi project should take the right programmer no more than 4 -6 hours to complete.
