Fix Broken Js Script 17.02.08

I have a script running SWFupload [1]
it was implemented by another programmer from SL who did not complete the job.
the script currently uploads 3 files.
however, only the first file is being saved.
also, the “Submit” button does not submit the page.
here are the problems:
1) the “Submit” button does not work
2) only 1 file is uploaded, even if multiple files are selected
3) the page does not render properly in IE (Internet Explorer)
4) there is 1 minor CSS issue (hard to explain, but easy to demonstrate)
I need the following tasks completed:
1) fix the “Submit” button so it works & submits the form
2) fix the script so it saves all three files if they are specified
3) fix the script to render properly in IE (Internet Explorer)
4) fix the CSS issue
5) make sure you create backups of any edited files!
