Fix Site  06.01.09

I have a php/mysql script which has stopped working because it is not connecting to the database.

The script provides a counter service. Users choose a counter design and grab the counter code. As you can see on this URL, no designs are being dispalyed:

http://www.speedcounter.com/cccsignup.php

Note that neither public nor admin pages are connecting to the database.
