Fix Virtuemart/paypal - 404 19.10.08

I have a Joomla 1.5 site and am trying to configure PayPal. I have it working on one website and copied all my settings but I’m still getting a 404 error when I click to check out using this new website. (Both sites are with different hosts.)

I need someone to help resolve the 404 error to complete the Virtuemart/Paypal handshake.
