Fix Wordpress Site  17.01.09

This site http://sidekickaffiliates.com/ needs the following:
1) whole site viewable in 1024 x 768 without scrolling.
2) Fix the the four navigation so they look good (merchants, publishers, i’m new, packages). Now the drop downs are not the same size as the rectangles.
3) Whole site needs to work in explorer, firefox, chrome
4) whole site xhtml strict
5) Can remove left side navigation
6) center whole site
7) basically do a professional job to fix up this site
