Flash Expert 16.11.08
I need someone/team that is/are expert in flash to develop a script that allow users to upload their pictures and get different kind of photo effects, that usually can be found from Adobe PhotoAction or can be done from Adobe PhotoShop , with just a few clicks which needs flash technology(fast and able to produce many photo effects). I need the end products/results to be in jpeg/gifs/etc too which i need some kind of converter that converts the results to gifs/jpgs before users get their final results/output.
