Flash Image Clipping And Share  19.08.08

I require an image clipping feature to be developed to work with a page flip magazine.

It needs to work like these two examples:

http://cde.cerosmedia.com/the-engineer/1C46fd14d8c78a3012.cde/page/33

Once the user drags over the area of the page they want to clip they then need the option to email or download this clip(jpg)
