Flash Map - Dyn.links From Xml 07.07.08
We are looking for a World Map - very similar to the following:

Same design - grey map with red mouse over.
Flash map must be able to be resized - so it can be viewed in different screen sizes or made smaller etc..
We require same functionality.

Our client data will be taken from MySQL DB - so there will be code to provide XML from DB. If you wish to develop this code (php) also - then please include separate cost in your quote.
Project is urgent - so what I need is:
1) Experienced Flash developer
2) Samples (2-3 only please)of similar work
3) Price for Flash map and script.
4) Price for DB-> XML. If you do not want to develop code you must be able to provide XML sample - so we can provide correct XML format.
5) Commitment to provide map in 24 hrs.
