Fsockopen Is Giving 0 Kb 28.05.08

Okay, here it is, when one of my VPS servers is giving a message where it can’t connect to rapidshare, then a few minutes later, you will be able to connect again, but the problem is that after it can connect again to Rapidshare, it gives a 0 kb file when trying to download one of the files.
I had found an issue =>

But i think it is not really that problem. Maybe someone can rewrite my downloadfunction so it will be better?
