I need a site built that will essentially be an online gaming community where users can sign up for tournaments and win prizes, money etc.
Please familiarize yourself with my requirements before bidding.
Requirements
-users must be able to make user name and password so i need a login system
-users must be able to deposit funds and receive credits for example if you deposit 5 dollars into your account you get 5 credits i would like this to be done through a secure payment system let me know what you suggest currently paypal will be fine.
-users will have profiles that will include, user name, wins, losses, clan name, tournaments they are registered for, rankings among other players, prizes won, credits available,
-users should be able to join clans or teams, I would like it so that when a user creates or joins a clan that clans information would show up on their profile, also there will be tournaments where users will have to sign up as a clan/teams so a user must have the ability to create a team and that user will be the “captain” so only he will have the ability to sign up for matches etc as a team.
-Admin should be able to create tournaments and have players register for the tournaments (these would cost credits so when you sign up it would have to deduct credits
-When a tournament is created i would like it to create a bracket system when users would play their first match and be able to report a loss or a win, and then advance to the next round. I would also like the ability to override the system for instance if someone lies or complains and we have to redo the match.
-when reporting i will need several points for example points won, deaths, kills etc.
These are my main points of intrest of course i need a sign up page, terms and conditions rules etc simple things.
I would like this completed within a weeks time hopefully sooner, the layout and design has already been planned out. If you go to

I dont care if the script is not original or if its run on something like joomla i just need it to work the correct way and have the layout i have shown. I would like to spend no more than 100 let me know how much and how long as well as any questions you might have or any ideas. Currently this will be used for call of duty 4 but i would like it to easily be changed to other games.
