Gift Voucher Component -joomla  23.07.08

I have a joomla component that automatically creates the gift certificate numbers that can be sent by email to the recipient.

I need for this component to have the following features:

1) Check balance on the frontend
2) Buy and add to shopping cart

The component already have a frontend, but minor changes to database and backend needs to be done.

Only serious bids from persons familar with virtuemart and php coding whom are available to work on this project please. Thanks
