What I need is a prototype which does the following things. It will use PHP and mysql, interact with a excel calculation engine.
1. A form for visitor to input the data,
a. 10 fields to input strings and integer, or float
b. 6 array inputs, float, length is 40
2. Ability to save the input in a mysql database
3. Use the input in the excel calculation engine
a. Display the calculation result on the web
b. Save result in the database
4. Check out and online pay process before the calculation result is displayed
5. Email the visitor a copy of input and calculation result
