Hex Mysql Problems 10.03.08
I don’t how how to describe this properly so I need someone to work with me here. Forgive me if I’ve used the wrong terminology and whatnot.
I have about a lot of rows in a MySQL table (called “items”) that have a field with an 8 bit Hexadecimal value. I have an enum map for it, 00000002 to 01000000. There’s an index table (called “jobs”) with 20 different types of jobs with an id numbered 1 to 20). I have a third empty table (called “jobsitems”) which I need you to populate.
I need a script that will run through the thousands of entries in “items”, go through each hex value (very broad example: 000E7DC2) and for each job it finds in that it adds an entry into “jobsitems” with the itemid and the jobid.
