I am looking for a professional to design and code my website.
Its a hosting website and currently online.(url can be found here http://sbc-services.com)
The website was build by me and as you can see its a beginners job :).
Lets get to the point.
So this project does include.
1- Logo
2- Grafic Design
3 Coding ( html, xhtml or php)
4 Integration of the design with the billing system
When this project will be finished i expect to have a full working website.
Please bid only if you do understand my project and can deliver a good job.
Been let down few times from so called programmers so i will be very careful to choose this time.
Time to deliver this project is 15 days
When the job is done i will expect my website will look something similar to Justhost.com or may be better 
I am open to any discussion and offer.
My budget will not change so please do not bid more than that.
