Looking for a PHP coder who could create for me web site about house development with few functions for web site visitors.
You will have to create following zones:
1. site news - here you can integrate any open source php solution
2. house project - art agencies can post here their projects.
3. real estate ads - have it already done, you need to just to integrate.
4. e-market - place where seller/buyers can post info about what they need or what they have to sell (i.g. bricks, machines, tools etc.)
5. building law - simple flat page with articles about law.
6. house development schools - list of schools where future builders can learn everything about this topic (like highschoold, univer`s)
7. machines/tools - buy/sell/rent list
8. articles - also can integrate with any open source solution
9. discussion board - aslo can integrate with phpbb2 or 3
10. list of warehouses with bulding stuff
11. jobs - parsed via RSS classifieds about job in house dev.
and … few flat pages such as “about website”, “contact”, “sitemap”.
Need to have it done within 30 days, full specs via PM. I HAVE ALREADY GRAPHIC LAYOUT so u will have just to split my .psd and integrate it with code.
