Html E-mail Questionnaire 25.02.08
I need somebody to design me a HTML e-mail questionnaire.
It will work like this.
1) customer sends an enquiry to me.
2) My auto-responder sends out HTMl questionnaire.
3) User completes questionnaire and sends back.
4) End
I want somebody to design only the e-mail and the script for mailing the response.
It will have a maximum of 8 questions which will be a mixture of text boxes and check boxes.
There will be my company logo and some text on the e-mail too.
The big thing is that I need to make sure the e-mail will not get trapped by spam filters (as much as is possible).
I look forward to hearing some ideas.
