Hypnotherapist Directory 01.07.08

I am looking to build a hypnotherapy directory and also lead generating website.
it must contain different member levels:
one for hypnotherapists, who will pay to be able to list their profile on the wesite
and second for general members/users who are coming to site to browse for news, interactive content and find themselves hypnotherapist based on the posted profiles.
there must be a search on many different criteria associated with location, therapists names, specialization and so forth.

As of looks it doesnt have to be fancy, but should be somewhat vibrant and appealing.
news, some interactive content, forums are also must.
id prefer it to be on some easy to use platform like e107 or similar so anyone can edit content without being an expert.
