I Need A "gptu" Web Site 07.02.08
Hello programmers.
I am looking for a GPTSU web site close to www.intoffers.com or www.ptscash.com . The feature should be easy enough and include below basic functionalities
a) Ability to post banners by advertisers
b) Ability to sign up as program members and to complete offers
c) Notification of pending payment of completed offers by members
d) Ability to auto display ads/banners on top of page and it will show different when browser is refresh each time - as shown in www.intoffers.com on top of page
e) Ability to show ads / banner by regional - as shown in www.ptscash.com
f) A space (prefer at right hand side of the site) to locate static ads / banners by advertiser - as shown in www.intoffers.com
All transaction payment done in E-Gold, Paypal and MB only either paid by advertisers or pay to members
Control panel needed include
a) Members
b) Advertisers
c) Admin
Please visit to the above 2 sites for basic idea. PTSCash is the more most preferable but integrate some feature from intoffers.
My budget : $60 to $100 and need to complete in 1 - 2 days time.
Any suggestions / ideas to make the earning site above better and within my budget, please write down below.
