I’m looking for someone who can develop the interactive map as
featured on yelp.com and www.feedmehomes.com/mashup/. If you can do this sort of thing, along with a few socialnetworking and online payment features, please let me know.

this website will be used to locate housing options in a downtime area of Los Angeles CALIFORNIA US
I have the database ready .csv or any format you need.
users will input their preferences (location, $$ range, # or bedrooms, amenities) which will act as filters for the information database and the website will return results. The user can organize these results by relevance (how closely the result matches the user’s preferences), location and price range. when these results are returned, they are also located on an interactive map.
as for the information in the database, there will be basic information such as name, phone number, address, and price range, as well as # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, amenities…as well as a few others. pictures must also be able to be uploaded by the user. the users might have to create a user login name and profile, though i’m not yet sure if that will be necessary.
comments by the users under each returned result. payments will also need to be made online.
I have shopped around and have been quoted/advised around between $200 and $350 for the project development, including a month of free customer service for the site, so my budget would be around there. However I have been quoted at a much higher price too. Please offer any insights as to your pricing
