I Need Some Quick Help 23.05.08
What I want to do is be able to post .jpeg images in my forum signatures, and through that image load an affiliate url.
How I’m doing this is adding this to the .htaccess:
Redirect /images.jpg http://YOUDOMAIN.com/FILENAME.php
And this in the FILENAME.php file:
<?php
header(’Location: AFFILIATELINK’);
?>
The only problem is that the referrer for this would be the Forum page. I want it to display a different referrer.
I’ve tried doing this by redirecting it to my affiliate link (ex: Image->.htaccess->filename.php->redirecting domain->affiliate link) but it still shows the forum page as the referrer.
What I need is the referrer to be a different domain than the forum page. It could be a redirecting domain, or even a spoofed domain.
If anyone has a solution, please bid.
