I need a skilled programmer who can clean up messy code and badly written code in order to fix a few bugs becasue I am getting NO support from the company I purchased the script from

my site is www.rufresh.com I installed my own skin and now I am having a few issues that need to be corrected
I need these items fixed
1-The image that user upload are too small and when you upload a bigger image the script screws up!

I need to be able to put a picture at least 600×1000
2-ON the sign up page when I add custom fields from the admin I get a script error, This needs to be fixed also
Before you take on this project please surf the site and check out the bugs for yourself
