Implement Design For Php 03.06.08
I’m looking for someone who would be able to take designs from our designer and build a new site using php. The site requires fairly standard elements, such as a forum, a blog, and membership (not a paid membership) so that one can subscribe to rss feeds. A lot of the elements seem to be available as open source.
