Incomplete / Unpaid Projects 10.09.08
I have an interest in purchasing projects that are either partially or fully completed. The main criteria is that the project is commercially viable and did not proceed to a published state on the WWW. The project must be legally free from incumbency and full intellectual property will be transferred upon sale.
Higher fees will be paid for projects that have project plans, business plans and test plans.
Onselling commercial scripts freely available from the thousands available on the web will be flatly rejected! Including those commercial scripts that have also been purchased.

After negotiation Legal documents will be presented, ensuring the seller is legally authorised to transfer sole intellectual ownership without limitation.
