Interactive Flash Video Player 29.02.08
A flash expert is needed to script and design an interactive flash video player along with program a flash media server.
Must know action script for web flash and Flash media servers.
This player will interact with flash media server to implement the following functions:
1. Gather viewers information and actions
Send communication between the server and player when the operation, i.e. play, stop etc. on the player is triggered.
Flash player will get the IP address, local time, time zone of viewer using the player and send it to the server
2. Play like a TV
Flash video player will be able to play the videos fed by the server side, much like a tv channel stream
Program the Flash media server to send video based on a pre-determined order list
Flash player must retrieve a video hosted from a server database which is not on the flash media server.
3. Include a forum
Flash player must include a forum at the end of video and must be controlled by the commands from the FM server:
Forum includes name, phone number, email, questions, check box (see attached picture)
Above information will be sent to server when the submit message button is pressed.
Flash media server must forward information entered into the forum to an email server, and email it out
4. Basic embed code
Flash player must have embedded code should be provided for users to embed the player into their website.
