Internal Search Engine Needed.  05.04.08

We need an internal search engine for our website which has about 200 pages. Our website is in thai and english so the search engine need to be functional in both languages. Our website is in PHP already with a CMS system. We do NOT want to use a third party search engine (like google) and also our budget is quite limited.

Pls let me know.
