Joomla And Flash Modifications 27.06.08
This installation of Joomla, ver 1.5 legacy, uses a recipe component called Rapid Recipe. An edit to the Rapid Recipe component must be made to allow users and admin to select specific products that have been used in that particular recipe. These products are contained in the Ms SQL database that is used by an Asp shopping cart called Product Cart. The products must be selectable for both user and admin added recipes. A combo box or a series of check boxes will be fine for the selection of the product. When the recipe detail is displayed to the user, links to the products, displayed in Product Cart, will be provided at the top of the recipe listing, in Joomla.
Another modification must be made to the rapid recipe component. From the Recipe administration area, in joomla admin, an admin must be able to select specific recipes to post in a flash recipe book. The recipes should be selectable by a check box and have a text area for determining the order the recipes are displayed in, one per page. The Flash recipe book must dynamically pull its content, text, images, etc., from the database and must look and function very similar to this example:
